I have been on ALL the diets plans out there...SMH...Dr Atkins/South Beach/Weight Watchers/Jenny Craig/etc...which I LOST WEIGHT but FOUND IT ALL (plus more) AGAIN...I struggled for YEARS!!!! I've been Up and Down so many TIMES that I literally GAVE UP...just felt that I would be HEAVY SET...until one day I was at work and busted out of my xxl work pants...I started my Journey the very next day...I did research...read books...chat with trainers...until I came up with what WORKS FOR ME...and, then I asked family to try it and it worked for them... 

I am different than the WELL KNOWN weight loss diets cause I am not in it to make money...I know its hard to rely on buying sum1 elses food (Jenny Craig) and keeping point is a CRAZY to LIVE life (WeightWatchers)...However, you will have a FOOD JOURNAL! You will learn how to KNOW WHEN to eat and WHAT to eat... 


And, DON'T LOOK at it as NOT BEING able to eat your Fav Food ever again!!!! YES YOU WILL...I LOVE AND WILL KILL FOR FRIED CHICKEN w/fries....LOL...however, its a process! You gotta get the WEIGHT OFF and go from there! That's the main reason the different diet programs don't work..cause they don't teach you how to eat REGULAR FOOD and REMAIN HEALTHY!  You gotta CONTROL food and not let FOOD control you!!! If you are WILLING I can SHOW you how to LIVE LIFE without STRUGGLING with your WEIGHT...WE GOTTA ENJOY LIFE!!!!  

I am a very DETERMINED PERSON so I go HARD! I don't like excuses...so you gotta forget about peeps giving parties or havn potluck at work...I WAS THE ODD WOMAN for 5 months cause I was bringing my own food (couldn't depend on peeps to have my food choices)...SO YOU GOTTA BE SERIOUS and WANT THIS FOR YOU AND YOU ALONE!!!!
